2. Pre processing

Cleaning:

Use ultrasonic cleaning or solvent cleaning methods to remove oil, dust, and impurities from plastic surfaces.

Electrostatic dust removal:

Further remove small particles on the plastic surface through electrostatic precipitators to ensure the spraying effect.
3. Spray coating process

Primer spraying:

Spray primer: Apply a uniform layer of primer on the plastic surface to enhance the adhesion and durability of the coating.

Baking: Place the plastic product coated with primer in an oven to cure the primer. For Brother Hui spraying, it is recommended to control the temperature at 60-80 degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes.

Intermediate processing:

Polishing: Use fine sandpaper to lightly polish the surface of the primer, removing particles and unevenness from the surface.

Topcoat spraying:

Spray paint: Spray paint according to customer requirements, which can be monochrome, multi-color, or gradient color. Use automatic spraying equipment to ensure even coating.

Baking: Place the plastic product in the oven again to bake and cure the topcoat. The temperature is usually controlled at 60-80 degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes.

4. Post processing

Surface treatment:

According to the needs, additional treatments such as surface polishing, screen printing, and transfer printing are carried out to improve the appearance quality of the product.

Quality inspection:

Appearance inspection: Check whether the sprayed plastic products have a uniform appearance, no color difference, and no bubbles.

Adhesion testing: Use tape testing and other methods to test the adhesion of the coating, ensuring that the coating is firm.

Wear resistance test: Conduct wear resistance tests to ensure the durability and wear resistance of the coating.
5. Packaging and Shipping

Packaging:

Packaging plastic products that have been sprayed and passed quality inspection, using dust-proof and shockproof packaging materials to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation.

Shipment:
