The company needs to meet the following qualifications and conditions for ISO certification:
Business License for Enterprise Legal Person: Domestic enterprises need to hold the "Business License for Enterprise Legal Person" issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, while foreign enterprises need registration certificates from relevant institutions
Stable product quality: The product needs to be stable and able to be mass-produced normally, usually requiring the product to pass continuous spot checks for more than one year
Product standard compliance: The product must comply with Chinese national standards, industry standards, and their supplementary technical requirements, or meet the standards confirmed by the administrative department in charge of standards under the State Council
Quality Management System: Enterprises need to establish and operate a quality management system, which usually needs to comply with the requirements of GB/T19000 or ISO9000 series standards
Management system documents: Enterprises need to establish and operate a documented management system, including quality manuals and procedural documents, and conduct at least one management review and internal quality system audit in accordance with the requirements of the documents before conducting certification audits
Certification Body Qualification: If a company chooses an external certification body, the body must be recognized by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) to ensure the independence and impartiality of its certification activities
Auditor Qualification: Auditors of certification bodies must possess relevant professional knowledge and audit experience, undergo professional training, and obtain corresponding auditor certificates
Other qualifications and equipment: Certification bodies need to have appropriate office space and facilities, including functional areas such as conference rooms, archives, training rooms, etc., and be equipped with necessary office equipment and certification management software systems
